New HSEEP
The Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) doctrine was revised in April 2013. The new HSEEP Guidance consolidated all the volumes into one and has shifted from target capabilities to core capabilities. The new doctrine and templates are available at the Preparedness Toolkit.
LLIS has been under maintenance; see below for templates for both discussion-based and operations-based exercises. The templates may be customized to fit your jurisdiction’s needs. For Exercise Evaluation Guides or other specific needs, contact the State Exercise Officer.
